Greg represents employees and employers in all areas of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, trade secrets, non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, unemployment insurance appeals, leaves of absence, whistleblower claims, claims under the National Labor Relations Act, and advice and consent on employer policies including personnel manuals and auditing employer wage policies.
